There is a lot of information about looking for a job. But I believe that it is not enough. For me,
the keyword is integration: if you want to become successful in American culture, you need to
become a part of it.

As an immigrant myself, I have to integrate too. Before I was able to land a job, I had to
improve my English skills and pick up a couple of internships. 

Later, I had to go back to college, learn a ton in class and at work, and eventually become a certified HR professional. 

It has been a challenging yet exciting journey, and I do not see an end to it anytime soon!
